The IC695RMX128 can be easily integrated into drive systems together with motor encoder combinations and perfectly matched configuration and parameterisation tools. the IC695RMX128 extends its DCS B series of integrated MOVISAFE safety monitors. the DCS B card ensures safe motion functionality with and without safe positioning. Different versions are available depending on price and technology level. the GE IC series complies with safety classes SIL3 and PL e and represents the highest safety level.

The IC695RMX128 is compact and easy to retrofit.New additions to the MOVISAFE portfolio are the DCS 22B and 32B versions for safe motion monitoring of servo and asynchronous drives. They handle TTL, HTL, SSI, Hiperface, SIN/COS, CAN and Resolver encoder protocols. 22 versions can also be connected to safety controllers using the safe PROFIsafe fieldbus. In combination with safety-grade motor encoders, the MOVISAFE safety modules are able to perform a variety of safety functions, including Safe Speed Limit (SLS), Safe Direction (SDI) and Safe Operating Stop (SOS), up to Performance Level d (PL d) encoders.
