G468-0001 Configuration After configuring the measuring point, all settings are saved in the CM82 transmitter. In the event of a sensor change, the transmitter (and measuring point configuration) can be left in place without reconfiguration. In addition, the G468-0001 reads all sensor and calibration data stored in the Memosens sensor head. As a result, sensors are automatically detected within seconds and measurements can be used immediately after sensor replacement. The adapter is compliant with the MTConnect standard version 1.31, which captures NC data from shop floor machines in real time and formats it into the MTConnect standard. All devices use one common communication tool, eliminating the need for specialised proprietary software from multiple device vendors.

The G468-0001 series modular solenoid valves are body-ported 3-port (3-way) poppet valves available in 2-position, normally open or normally closed configurations with 12VDC, 24VDC, or 120VAC coils. Models are supplied with 8 mm Micro DIN connectors; most models have removable flying leads that allow the valve to be used with BVM series manifolds. Series valves are also available in low-current models with 3VDC, 5VDC, 12VDC, or 24VDC coils. Pneumatic Control Distribution Blocks are a method of connecting a group of AVS or BVS series valves to a controller, allowing a bundle of solenoid cables to be replaced with a single cable connected to an M12 or D-sub connector. Each block mates with a 2 to 8 site manifold.
