FBM232 P0926GW

The FBM232 P0926GW connects to the PCIe x1 channel of the SUMIT-A connector and automatically selects the first available link. Each I/O line is programmable as input, output or output with readback operation. The conversion polarity is programmable and enabled bit by bit. The conversion of each line is latched so that even short pulses can be recognised. In addition, each output channel is latched and has an open collector driver (with pull-up resistor) capable of absorbing 12mA. This allows direct interfacing with optically isolated digital signal conditioning modules such as the WinSystems ISM-TRM-ISO-IN and ISM-TRM-ISO-OUT for high-density, real-world I/O support.

The FBM232 P0926GW supports Linux, Windows, and other x86-compatible real-time operating systems.Free drivers are available from the WinSystems website. The board will operate over the industrial temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C. It is RoHS compliant.
