Powered by AMD’s G-Series APUs, the F8651X module is designed to extend the life of legacy hardware by supporting the three-decade-old Industry Standard Architecture (ISA), which is still favoured by the majority of industrial computer users because of its ruggedness and ease of maintenance. The chipset not only supports ISA, but also includes Direct Memory Access (DMA) functionality, which complements ISA support by eliminating the need for additional drivers or modifications to application code.

The F8651X module provides two outputs, making it possible to provide one output for two devices. Each output is fully powered by an auxiliary black flat cable. This allows the G10 to supply up to 2 A per output and up to 4 A per module. The output modules can be used to switch on indicators, drive electric actuators and control drives and motors, while the ultra-compact size of the G10 range allows it to be fully sealed in cable trays or conveyor belt side rails. When used with standard flat cable, the G10 series has an IP68/IP69K rating, making it ideal for washdown applications. The module can also be configured for lead break detection.
