F8650X

The F8650X protects the machine by preventing the machine body from colliding with its own components in the working area.
To achieve this effect in real time, the components to be protected are calculated as simple geometries. The collision monitoring system has three operating modes: JOG, MDA and Automatic. The protected area can be designed and visualised as a 3D image on the control interface. the Advanced version includes complete machine, tool and workpiece protection. the software supplied by Sinumerik’s product partner, ModuleWorks, runs via an interface integrated into an external PC and works with Sinumerik’s software. The software provided by Sinumerik product partner ModuleWorks runs via an interface integrated on an external PC and works in real time with Sinumerik CNC to ensure that the machine, tool and workpiece can be continuously monitored and dynamically protected during the cutting process.

F8650X In the basic version MCP 398C, the additional machine control panels are the same for all available panel sizes, but depending on the size, they can be extended with additional modules for different functions, such as push-button or slider control. The new operating units are available as thin clients, monitors or PCs. the TOP version can be used as a panel for Windows PCs or as an embedded solution without a PC. Simatic WinCC from Siemens offers machine builders a convenient and adaptable basic configuration with intuitively structured software tools that allow the user interface to be configured by simply dragging and dropping. This enables machine builders to implement their own operating concepts and supplement them with machine-specific functions.
