DAPU100 3ASC25H204

The DAPU100 3ASC25H204 control module consists of a servo module that controls the rotational speed of small and medium-sized turbomachinery and a high-speed protection module that protects the machine by detecting abnormalities such as excessive speed. The frequency input module measures the rotational speed with high accuracy (±0.1 per cent of the reading). This is true even at speeds as low as 0.1 Hz, ensuring that the wind turbine can operate smoothly in all conditions, from strong winds to light breezes. For the traditional energy market, the motor has also improved the reliability and functionality of the FCN-RTU low-power autonomous controller, which was developed for controlling oil and gas wellheads distributed over a wide area.

The DAPU100 3ASC25H204 is capable of reading and writing J1939 network data to perform control and monitoring tasks. The gateway achieves this by operating as both a Profibus-DP slave on the Profibus network and a CAN node on the J1939 network. Data is exchanged from either network based on a user-defined configuration. the HMS provides a free Windows-based configuration tool (BWConfig) that allows the user to map J1939 parameter (PGN) data to the module’s Input and Output tables, which can be accessed by the Profibus Master over the Profibus-DP network.
