PFEA112-20 3BSE050091R20

The PFEA112-20 3BSE050091R20 family of Ethernet servo drives offers single-phase options with outputs up to 9 A. MicroFlex e150 drives operate in real-time over EtherCAT and are compatible with EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and TCP/IP protocols, providing a “universal” drive platform that can be used in many different ways to suit different customers and applications – from networked systems hosted by PLCs or other devices, to motion control systems with distributed intelligence. The MicroFlex e150 drives operate in real-time over EtherCAT and are compatible with EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and TCP/IP protocols, providing a “universal” drive platform that can be used in a number of different ways to suit a wide range of customers and applications – from networked systems hosted by PLCs or other devices to motion control systems with distributed intelligence. The drives are intelligent, with embedded programming capabilities compatible with ABB’s motion control language, Mint.

The PFEA112-20 3BSE050091R20 functionality allows the drive to be used independently for single-axis or distributed intelligent motion control applications, from performing simple movements to complex motion tasks such as flying shears or cam motion profiles. Built-in I/O, including fast latching inputs for registration applications, is standard to support such application configurations. As standard, the drive also offers flexible ‘universal’ encoder interface functionality for a variety of uses. The drive can be connected to dual encoders – an incremental encoder and a serial basic encoder such as EnDat 2.2, SSI or BiSS.
