LC100SSP7

The LC100SSP7 features a wide (-40 to 80°C) operating temperature range, heavy industrial specifications (61000-6-2 EMC Class 3 for harsh environments; IEC60068-2-27 shock, -6 vibration, and -32 free-fall), and a ruggedised IP30 metal enclosure that can be panel (standard) or DIN rail mounted (with optional adapters). Applications include: temperature control equipment, HVAC systems, industrial PLCs, power submetering, and communication with solar trackers and inverters. The MESP211 can be managed remotely over a LAN or WAN via the built-in web server, allowing the user to utilise Modbus messaging priority control and view messaging status in real time via the built-in traffic monitor.

The LC100SSP7 system is both space-saving and lightweight. An optional monitoring system is available for robots where programme sequences change frequently, alternate or are not 100% predictable. This is particularly useful for robots operated by cameras or image acquisition systems. Monitoring is done via a master controller or PLC connected to the robot. When a predetermined tolerance value is about to be exceeded, a warning signal is sent. This is also useful for robots that must be reprogrammed frequently.
