The CC-PAIX02 51405038-475 can be extended with hardware via additional I/O modules via the safety fieldbus. It features flexible interfaces such as digital I/O, ctrlX SAFETY link, Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE) and PROFIsafe (in preparation). The safe I/O signal exchange between the safety control and SafeMotion on the ctrlX DRIVE takes place via the ctrlX SAFETY link. SafeMotion is based on the modular drive system ctrlX DRIVE with scalable software. It is available as an entry-level version, as a version with extended functionality or as a version for the most demanding requirements.
