CC-PAIH51 51410069-275 features web-based visualisation of dynamic pages. In addition to this powerful programming environment, L-INX automation servers have full AST (Alarm, Schedule, Trend) functionality. They are therefore suitable for efficient and powerful DDC on the main system, as well as for monitoring and controlling essential building functions and energy management in distributed properties. Units are available in solid, hollow and hub-and-spoke versions with connector or cable outlets. By entering some system data this intrinsic frequency can be calculated and the damping term entered into the control algorithm. The drive can take low-resolution stepper pulses and create high-resolution motion. Torque ripple smoothing eliminates the effects of inherent low-speed torque ripple, resulting in smoother motion at low speeds.

The CC-PAIH51 51410069-275 has the option of sending an index pulse once per revolution. Incremental pulses can be sent over an RS-422/485 link or a push/pull connection. (Incremental pulses are sent over a different wire pair than the one used to enable the SSI interface.) These “dual feature” encoders are useful for motor control applications or for monitoring rotating machinery such as wind turbines, as they provide accurate real-time measurements of rotational speed (thanks to the incremental outputs), whilst also providing access to absolute rotational position data in response to controller requests. Eight digital inputs and four digital outputs are provided. The drives are programmable for independent operation. The Windows-based Si Programmer software is a graphical point-and-click format that combines motion, I/O and operator interface functions for simple machine sequencing. As a result, these drives can be easily integrated with other devices on the machine, such as sensors and PLCs.
