The PM864AK01 3BSE018161R1 integrates software solutions for OPC Unified Architecture (OPC UA) and OPC Classic communications as well as IoT cloud connectivity into one product. With the new SINUMERIC 840D support in dataFEED OPC Suite V5.35, users can read all process parameters from the numerical control (NC) section, the programmable logic controller (PLC) section and the machine’s drive data without having to intervene in the machine configuration. It allows direct access to production data and its integration into IT solutions via web client applications such as web browsers, Postman or URL clients (cURL).

The PM864AK01 3BSE018161R1 comes with a powerful AMD Ryzen processor, additional interfaces and operating system options. These DIN-rail mounted embedded PCs retain the same form factor as their predecessors, providing the flexibility to support a wider range of applications requiring PLCs, HMIs, motion control and more. The new CX5600 series now includes two device versions, both featuring AMD Ryzen processors: the CX5620 (1.2 GHz) and CX5630 (2.0 GHz). In addition to low power consumption, the fanless embedded PCs offer many standard features:
