JGSM-06 73051-00060 stores the data with labels and timestamps so it can be retrieved and displayed on screen in real time or in playback mode. Unlike some competing process history databases that use compression, InfoLink retains all the raw data on disk. With compression, other history databases lose the resolution of the original data. Screens can easily be designed to mimic HMI displays, or to present trends and comparisons.InfoLink calculates and displays KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in real time. By placing the KPIs prominently on the screen, operators and users can quickly see the key values affecting the process, either in real time or as they occurred a month ago.

The JGSM-06 73051-00060 provides up to 32 digital I/Os plus 3 additional analogue inputs for maximum I/O capacity and minimum cabinet space. xl-IO modules (IO-D16A3-TO16, IOD16A3-RO16) with removable plug-in I/O connectors can be expanded up to 8 times using Unitronics’ EX-A1 expansion adapters. The XL-EX modules (IO-D16A3-TO16, IOD16A3-RO16) are equipped with removable plug-in I/O connectors and can be expanded up to 8 times using Unitronics’ EX-A1 expansion adapters, and can be used with regular Unitronics I/O modules. However, the XL-EX modules (EX-D16A3-TO16, EX-D16A3-RO8) offer a new concept – without the need for an EX-A1 expansion adapter.The XL-EX module, which also comes with a removable plug-in I/O connector, integrates the EX-A1 adapter and can be used instead. It is a built-in I/O expansion adapter. As a first link to the PLC, up to 7 XL-IO or conventional I/O modules can be connected.
