The IC697CMM742-LL focuses on higher performance applications with 100W and 600W units that allow side-by-side rail mounting. They are available in standard (hard-wired Safe Torque Off (STO)) and fail-safe versions. The units are designed for essential industry performance, with a focus on compactness and simple safety requirements. They offer a 280W power rating and come standard with hard-wired Safe Torque Off (STO) safety features. In addition to servos, the TM units are equipped with new modules for controlling stepper motors with or without incremental encoders. The IC697CMM742-LL’s LCP is designed to transport smaller loads, as well as boxes or plastic bags weighing up to 50kg. The conveyor can also handle uphill or downhill slopes and is driven by compact and energy efficient roller motors with an efficiency of over 85%, keeping energy consumption and energy costs very low. Using Interroll’s popular Layouter tool, the fully modular system can be planned and assembled very easily and conveniently on a PC monitor.
