The IC697PWR748D captures process data from the control system and also aggregates data such as facility and equipment operating status, raw material and finished product inventories, and energy consumption. Data on equipment maintenance, product quality and other items are automatically collected in real time, converted to a uniform format, linked and correlated. Data can also be collected and integrated from a variety of systems and equipment from different suppliers, whether it is a single plant or multiple plants. The module is equipped with 2-pin terminals with automatic polarity protection, and the JetCon 1302 can be powered by 18~27VAC or 18~32VDC. For diagnostic purposes, port link status/data rate and power LEDs are designed on the front panel for quick indication of converter operation.
