The FBM233 P0926GX add-on prevents mast vibration from the outset and compensates for mast oscillations caused by external influences in almost real time.The FLP6000AOC add-on uses the principle of inertial navigation to recognise and eliminate mast oscillations. It utilises accelerometers to continuously measure the crane’s position and speed without the need for an external reference. This information is transmitted to the ARATEC Positioning Solution System, which in turn intelligently adjusts the positioning control based on a machine model ‘learnt’ by the stacker crane to prevent and eliminate mast oscillations when the vehicle is accelerating, decelerating, or travelling at a specified speed.

The FBM233 P0926GX reduces cycle time and improves throughput by eliminating the time required to compensate for existing oscillations that typically occur during conventional controls such as PLC or drive-based stacker crane controls.
