The URRHH has a 100% covered aluminum/polyester foil shield with tinned copper continuity drain wire for protection against external electrical noise interference. Cables with individual shielded pairs and overall shielding have 100% covered aluminum/polyester foil shielding with individual tinned copper continuous drain wires for maximum protection against external electrical noise interference and inter-pair crosstalk. Individual conductor pairs are stranded bare copper with black and white high quality PVC insulation with alphanumeric markings for easy identification. The cable’s outer jacket is black, high-quality PVC that protects against sunlight and moisture. Multi-pair cables contain convenient 22AWG orange PVC insulated communication conductors.

The URRHH runs on PC hardware equipped with up to 256 processor cores and is capable of running automation applications on all current and future processors available. Depending on the required computing performance, system designers can configure the appropriate number of cores for the corresponding real-time application. Together with the option to add PLC, motion control, robotics and CNC functionality, the URRHH meets the stringent requirements of smart factory and Industry 4.0 applications. Features add the flexibility to design generic templates that can be easily customized for each project, even at runtime.
