The LYD105A controller integrates PLC, RTU and edge control, intrinsic network security, and general purpose I/O into a single module for remote monitoring and control applications.The Bedrock OSA Remote is configured with standard Bedrock IEC 61131-3 engineering tools. It is a device front-end for monitoring and controlling multiple industrial devices at the same location. Used in conjunction with GateManager™ and LinkManager™, SiteManager™ ensures that you have uninterrupted and secure access to remote devices over the Internet or a dedicated WAN. It’s safe for you and your customers. All SiteManager™ models include predefined device agents for many brands of PLCs, panels and other industrial devices connected via Ethernet, as well as serial and USB on the hardware version.

Equipped with a range of cyber-secure and multi-core ARM processors, 512Mb RAM, 8Gb or 32Gb flash memory, MRAM for variable retention, and supercapacitors to retain firmware for years in the event of a power failure, the LYD105A has the computing power and communications bandwidth to run the edge control and analytics that are required for modern automation deployments. In addition to preventing network intrusions, Bedrock’s intrinsic network security reduces the need for external firewalls, intrusion detection and other devices. This intrinsic security can even extend protection to other legacy systems, acting as a security proxy.
