F3 AIO 84 01

The F3 AIO 84 01 can flexibly realize its machine architecture using EtherCAT, which connects the IT network and the Internet via a Fast Real-Time Ethernet solution for machine communication. This allows the implementation of a common communication structure at all levels of the machine, which is designed and parameterized in ProMaster. Allows the design of machines with multiple stations (e.g. rotary and linear conveyors as well as flexible compact units), thus providing economic benefits. For low-cost or compact machines, MTX compact can be combined with various Rexroth IndraControl V embedded or PC-based HMI systems. The module is equipped with SERCOS drive communication, a complete Profibus DP master/slave interface, local fast I/O and an Ethernet interface port.

The F3 AIO 84 01 reduces machine cycle times and part quality. It uses a fast IndraLogic PLC to control up to eight axes in two NC channels. It can process up to 200 NC blocks per second and has a block pre-read rate of 30, which reduces machine cycle times. Like other MTX versions, the compact version can be used for milling, turning, grinding, automation and other applications with up to four axes interpolated simultaneously. This ultra-compact, cost-effective solution for small CNC machines, networked multi-station transfer machines and flexible cells offers scalable performance and functionality with an open system architecture, all programmed using the unified Rexroth IndraWorks engineering software. The control system features eight on-board high-speed inputs and outputs that can be connected to an inline card to expand local I/O and interfaces. Simple operation and programming of the modules also allows network communication via Ethernet TCP/IP or standard fieldbuses such as Profibus DP, DeviceNet and Ethernet/IP adapters.
