Detailed content

PFEA112-20 3BSE050091R20

The PFEA112-20 3BSE050091R20 server can be configured as an OPC data bridge to transfer data from one OPC DA server to another. Data read from an OPC server can be written to one or more other OPC servers or written back to the same OPC server. These transfers can be configured to occur at predetermined intervals, when data changes, or when a trigger condition occurs. The source and target DA servers do not have to be the same brand or even the same specification level. When used in conjunction with an MBX or DHX OPC server, OPC Crosslink can even bridge data between an OPC server and a PLC or between PLCs. It can even bridge data between Allen-Bradley and Modicon controllers.

The PFEA112-20 3BSE050091R20 has built-in support for the latest versions of BACnet, BACnet/IP, and their B-ASC profiles, allowing devices and systems using IDEC’s MicroSmart FC6A Plus Series PLCs to act as BACnet servers, thereby connecting to other building automation BACnet client controllers and systems via the PLC’s Ethernet Port 1 for data sharing, trend analysis, scheduling, alarm and event management, and more. other building automation BACnet client controllers and systems via the PLC’s Ethernet port 1 for data sharing, trending, scheduling, alarm and event management, device and network management, and other functions. Supported PLC object types include analogue inputs, analogue outputs, analogue values, binary inputs, binary outputs, binary values and devices. Up to 256 objects can be supported simultaneously, each with up to 64 byte characters.
