LYD000A

The LYD000A Expansion Module adds digital and analog I/O as needed to expand machine and process control applications.The LYD000A snaps onto the side of any BRX Micro PLC Unit (MPU) or BRX Remote I/O Controller. The modules add three 32-point discrete I/O and five analog I/O expansion modules as well as three new temperature input modules. There are now three 4-channel analog inputs and two 4-channel analog output modules with current and voltage signal options. Current signal ranges are 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA; voltage ranges are 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, +/- 5 VDC, +/- 10 VDC Maximum input and output signal resolution is 16 bits. An 8-channel thermocouple input, 6-channel RTD input, and 8-channel thermistor input module have also been added; all with 16-bit resolution.

The LYD000A communicates via RS-485 and Modbus RTU and has a 2’8″ TFT full color display. the TPD-283 communicates via Ethernet and Modbus TCP. the TPD-283U has a real time clock for scheduling. the TPD-430 has a 4.3″ display and RS-485 communication. the TPD-430 has a 4.3″ display and RS-485 communications. The TPD-430 has a 4.3 ” display and RS-485 communications. They are designed for use in harsh environments and can withstand operating temperatures from -20ºC to 70ºC. TouchPad touchscreen PLCs can be used with SCADA software because they communicate via common protocols supported by most software, such as Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP.
