CI867K01 3BSE043660R1 Easily Visualize Real-Time DataThe echocollect UA device is designed to provide a simple, easy-to-configure HMI interface to visualize process data.The HMI engine is based on Web technology and supports any standard Web browser without the need for additional plug-ins. All graphics are resolution independent and can be consistently scaled to web-enabled devices such as traditional computers and control panels, smartphones or tablets. The module provides centralized setup and single-point-of-access monitoring, as well as lower upfront hardware and software costs to reduce total cost of ownership. The position controller stores parameters in the module, not the CPU, ensuring fast network access without impacting scanning cycles and maintaining high throughput.

The CI867K01 3BSE043660R1 controllers each include four autotuned PID loops. the PIDs can be set using the on-board temperature/analog inputs and analog or PWM outputs; all on-board transistor outputs can be used as PWM outputs. It has a full-featured HMI with a two-line LCD text display showing up to 60 user-designed screens and a 16-key keypad. The multi-language display supports over 15 languages and 20 graphic symbols. With 48K (virtual) ladder logic, these devices offer flexibility, functionality and power. Software features include: interrupts, loops, math, storage and comparison. Enables a single GN servo drive (with motion network capability) to be connected to a position controller in a daisy-chain configuration using a single cable (2-core shielded twisted-pair cable) instead of the more expensive direct wiring that connects a separate controller for each drive.
