The UNITROL1010 3BHE035301R0001 allows the connection of three types of 3-wire sensors: 100 Ω Pt and 120 Ω Ni RTDs, as well as potentiometers up to 5 kC. The module has 6 input channels, each protected against accidental wiring errors by continuous overloads of up to 240Vrms. To ensure data integrity, overloaded channels do not adversely affect other channels in the module. Transient protection is in accordance with ANSI/IEEE C37.90.1; input-to-bus isolation is up to 1500 Vrms. Configuring the channels’ sensors, ranges, alarm limits, and averages ensures that the system is capable of meeting the most demanding applications. While all channels are enabled by default, unused channels can be disabled to increase the sampling rate of channels with scanning enabled.
