The 3500/32 125712-01 upgrades existing A-BPLC systems without having to replace or rewire I/O or change DDH+ network wiring! By exchanging an obsolete, limited-function A-BPLC with an intelligent floppy disk, the user gains a modern, supportable controller CPU with a low-cost migration path for future upgrades to the communications network and I/O. Users can even reuse most (and many) of their existing logic and program documentation and use the software company’s automated application conversion tools. A smart software or smart gateway can support any mix of DH+, Rio Master, Rio Slave on (2) channels simultaneously.
